Sebring Motor Garages Becomes Official Luxury Motor Condominium & Townhome Partner of Sebring International Raceway

Through a partnership with Sebring International Raceway, Sebring Motor Garages (SMG) has been announced as the official Luxury Motor Condominium and Townhome Partner for the famed raceway, offering fully built out motor garage condos, townhomes and storage facility for racers, patrons and car enthusiasts near the track.

A first of its kind for the Sebring area, Sebring Motor Garages is a 15-acre gated community located less than a mile south of Sebring International Raceway along Highway 98. Currently in Phase 1 with anticipated opening Summer of 2024, the final complex will consist of 157 fully climate-controlled race-inspired motor garage condos zoned for overnight occupancy complete with bathroom, shower, three-phase electric, mezzanine and stairs that are either move-in ready or that can be fully customizable.  Available in three widths (25, 30 or 60 feet) all are 55-feet deep with 14 foot overhead doors and optional mezzanine heights of 10- or 14-foot clearance, allowing for large rigs, motorhomes and lifts.   Additionally, the community will feature a 3,000 sf community clubhouse with heated pool, indoor/outdoor bar, simulator room, conference room, 24/7 dedicated parcel room and full-time daily concierge staff to assist members with any needs. Member-only and public events are planned offering social and networking opportunities for all.

Adjacent to the motor garages complex is an additional six-acre community of 24 townhomes, each consisting of an 1,800 sf climate-controlled garage on the ground level with a 14-foot overhead door and private elevator and stairs to a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom living space on the second floor and rooftop entertainment/bbq area, offering over 4,000 sf in total.  Sitework has commenced on the townhomes project and reservations are now being accepted with slated completion of end of year.

The fully gated motor garage community offers secure 24/7 access and surveillance for those to keep their prized possessions while offering a home-base while at the track.  Unit owners are permitted to rent their space when not in use through the on-site rental desk should they choose.  Additionally, an option of 25 track days per year are available to members seeking the ultimate limited member’s-only track experience through SMG’s partnership with the Sebring Driving Club.
