    NEW IN 2020:

Would you care to upgrade your volunteering commitment for the 12 Hours race week? The 12/40 Crew (40 hours for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring race week) will recognize volunteers willing to commit to 40 hours of service during race week, possibly as much as 10 hours a day for the four days, possibly eight hours a day for five days.

Sebring’s staff is developing a 12/40 Crew Kit that will include a special custom jacket, hat, and other amenities available only to those willing to host our guests for as many as 40 hours during race week. Benefits of this program to the 12 Hours guests include a better informed and trained staff, hosts who after working the preliminary days are better prepared to answer questions and give directions on race day.

While asking for volunteer commitments, not all will be expected to work the full 40 hours to qualify for the benefits. For example, if a parking lot must be staffed for six hours a day (6 am- noon) for four days, but a volunteer is willing to work all four days, that volunteer may work as little as 24 hours for the week. Provided the volunteer stays at the required post as long as the supervisor deems the post necessary, the volunteer will fulfill the commitment to the 12/40 Crew.
