CADILLAC GRAND PRIX OF SEBRING INFORMATION & TICKETS

Cadillac Grand Prix of Sebring IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship event on July 17-18 will play an important role in continuing to allow fans to return to events. By agreeing to follow social distancing and safety protocols and procedures, a limited number of fans will be able to attend the race.  Tickets and parking will be limited to Florida residents only.  If you have issues when ordering tickets, please call 800-626-7223.

FRIDAY RV AND GUEST ENTRY

  • All Friday RV entries will park in Green Park and Hendricks Field Park (Flagpole area)
  • All guests (up to 6) and RV must arrive together
    • Guests will not be permitted to cross the Gateway to Green Park Bridge after RV’s initial entry
    • All RV parking is unreserved and is available only in Green Park or Hendricks Field Park (Flagpole area)
    • Limit six spectator tickets per order
    • Limit one RV package per order (no additional tickets)
  • Three packages are available:
    • Two (2) guests with RV – $230
    • Four (4) guests with RV – $310
    • Six (6) guests with RV – $390

SATURDAY GENERAL ADMISSION CAR PARKING AND GUEST ENTRY

  • All Saturday entries will park in the Midway section of the Raceway
  • All Tickets are general admission and are $40.
    • Kids 15 and under are FREE when accompanied by a paying adult
    • Limit six spectator tickets per order
    • No charge for car parking

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Self-Contained RVs, motorhomes & Fifth-Wheel Trailers (RVs)

  • All tickets and RV passes must be purchased online in advance
  • No parking passes or tickets will be sold at the gate
  • All RVs must park in Green Park and Hendricks Field Park (flagpole area)
  • Early arriving RVs will not be permitted before gate opening
  • RVs may enter no earlier than the specific entry time printed on tickets
  • Entry times will begin Friday, July 17 for RVs
    • Maximum of six (6) passengers per RV – including children who are free – must be present to enter
  • Tow vehicles and passenger cars accompanying RVs must be present at the time of entry with a maximum of six total guests
  • RVs will not be permitted to park on the Midway
  • Passenger vehicles accompanying an RV will be permitted to enter Green Park and Hendricks Field Park with a maximum of six total ticket holders
  • Passenger vehicles arriving separately from RVs will not be permitted into Green Park or Hendricks Field Park
  • RVs are required to park perpendicular to fence lines (nose or tail first against the fence).
    • No parallel or horseshoe-type parking
  • All RVs must be parked a minimum of 10 feet from each other, including awnings, slide outs, etc.
  • If any guest in either an RV or other vehicle does not pass the screening/non-contact temperature check, the entire party will be denied entry to Sebring International Raceway
  • Showers will be closed for this event

Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks (Passenger Vehicles)

  • All guest tickets must be purchased online in advance
  • No parking passes or tickets will be sold at the gate
  • Passenger vehicles not arriving with a RV will be permitted to enter the facility beginning Saturday, July 18
  • Passenger vehicles will be permitted to park in the Midway area perpendicular to fence lines (hood or trunk first against the fence)
    • No parallel or horseshoe-type parking
  • All passenger vehicles must be parked a minimum of 10 feet from each other
  • If any guest in either a RV or passenger vehicle does not pass the screening/non-contact temperature check, the entire party will be denied entry to Sebring International Raceway.
  • All parking is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Guests are permitted to bring folding chairs, umbrellas and personal shade and view from any location in The Midway

ADDITIONAL PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES

The Raceway is working with Florida health and government officials to ensure fan viewing in the facility will be handled responsibly and with mandated social distancing.  Amended safety protocols and procedures will be in effect that include:

  • Strict adherence to the CDC-recommended six-foot social distancing will be mandated onsite
  • All guests (age 3 and up) will be required to bring and wear mandatory face coverings*
  • At the time of purchase, all guests of legal age will be required to read and execute a waiver and agree to submit to medical screening.  All children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and a separate minor waiver is required
  • Guests will be directed to specific, spaced-out parking spaces
  • Guests not following parking guidelines contained in this information will be asked to relocate
  • Guest not complying with guidelines outlined in this information will be asked to comply or will be subject to removal from the property
    • No refunds or exchanges will be provided
  • A sequenced ingress procedure into the facility property will be used to minimize large concentrations of personnel or guests
  • Each guest will be screened prior to entering the Gate 1 area; initial screening will include questions regarding current health status and potential exposure, as well as a non-contact temperature check
  • Lines at concession stand(s) and seating at viewing mounds and fence lines will be monitored and proper distancing will be enforced
    • Face coverings are required in these and other areas
  • Multiple handwashing and hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the facility
  • A “Clean Team” of staff, clearly identified for guests, will be cleaning or disinfecting
  • Once fans have entered the facility, they will not be allowed to exit the property and return (considerations will be made for inclement weather)
  • Pass outs will not be provided
  • Cars will not be permitted to cross the Gateway to Green Park Bridge unless accompanying a RV at the RV’s time of initial entry
  • Pedestrians will not be permitted to cross the Gateway to Green Park Bridge
  • Guests in Green Park, Hendricks Field Park or The Midway are free to access any portion of those properties while wearing face coverings provided they maintain 6-feet of distance from other guests not included in their party
  • Spectators entering Green Park and Hendricks Field Park will be required to remain in that area throughout the duration of their stay on property.  Spectators parking in The Midway section of the Raceway are required to remain in that area throughout the duration of their stay on property
  • Groups up to six people who arrived together and are maintaining distance from other parties are not required to wear face coverings
  • Any guests socializing with others who did not arrive in their party, or for groups of more than six, are required to wear face coverings
  • The Paddock, East Paddock and Ulmann Straight are open only to competitors and essential personnel
  • No golf carts, side-by-sides, bicycles, scooters or similar non-street legal vehicles are permitted

In accordance with CDC and Florida health official guidelines, Tickets and Camping are limited to Florida residents only. 

A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place, including this event.  At the event you will be required to abide by all facility rules, posted instructions and protocols while on premises or risk ejection, including, but not limited to the following, which may be revised:

  • Wearing a cloth face covering
  • Submitting to non-contact temperature check prior to entry
  • Answering a brief questionnaire prior to entry about Covid-19
  • Maintain social distancing
  • Contact Guest Services if you need an accommodation to comply

By attending the event, you assume all risks, whether occurring prior to, during or after and recognize that attendance is voluntary and may result in personal injury, including possible death and exposure to COVID-19 and you agree to release, waive and discharge the facility, parent entities and all related and affiliated individuals and entities from all claims directly or indirectly arising from your visit.

Other Cadillac Grand Prix of Sebring information

  • Guest are permitted to bring coolers including drinks and food items
  • Charcoal barbecue grills are permitted
    • Open flames including campfires and wood-burning stoves are not permitted
  • Pass Outs will not be provided.  If any guest exits Sebring International Raceway property for any reason, they may be denied re-entry.  All personnel, competitors and guests will go through additional screenings upon exit and re-entry before being allowed back onto Raceway property.
  • All restroom and concession locations will maintain physical distancing and more frequent cleaning
  • Showers will not be open to guests anywhere on Raceway property
