“Since opening, Apex has been Sebring’s destination for race fans and competitors, and its popularity is growing with local diners looking for an elegant and fun night out,” said Reinhard Haubner, Seven Raceway Hotel general manager. “The restaurant and lounge at Apex is very popular during racing events, and on days with testing and car clubs on track, local residents find the view of the hairpin and Turn 7 to be very exciting. Great food and drink and its location on one of racing’s most iconic turns makes Apex the most exciting dining option in Sebring.”
In addition to food, the pool-side patio offers an over-sized chess board with giant kings, queens and pawns, as well as cornhole boards and giant Jenga. Guests can watch races from chaise lounge chairs while sipping signature cocktails named with Sebring in mind, such as the refreshing Sebring Breeze or City on the Circle. Soft pretzels larger than a dinner plate are served with homemade dips. Fries are hand cut and served for one or for the entire table. Servers bring a large wax sheet of paper and spread a basket of freshly cooked fries, drizzled with a smoky cheese or other toppings over the entire dish.
Custom orders are always an option at Apex including gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. Signature hamburgers are the highlight of the menu. They’re dressed up or down using creative ideas to infuse flavors and come with a great presentation.
