KATIE HAVILAND

A Highlands County native, Katie Haviland was born in Avon Park and graduated from Sebring High School. In 2003-4 she was the Highlands
County Cattlemen's Sweetheart and in 2003 Katie won the Miss Julia Perrish Award (Miss Congeniality) at the state convention. She
graduated from the University of Florida, majoring in History with a minor in Communications. Katie currently works in Tampa and plans to earn a Masters in History sometime in the near future.
